With over 4 years of experience in safety consulting and training, Joe Powlina is an experienced safety professional who has held positions of safety responsibility in the private and public sectors. He is an authorized O.S.H.A. instructor in both Construction and General Industry and can instruct both 10 and 30 hour courses in O.S.H.A. safety. Joe recently completed his Certificate of Study in Construction Safety from Rochester Institute of Technology and is now working on his Certificate of Studies in Occupational Safety and Health in the General Industry Field, he is also a Certified New York Adult Education Teacher.
